What do you actually do?

We offer a range of employee wellness services to companies. Our main focus that we provide is to have wellness managers onsite. Their mission is to create a wellness culture through leadership and with our digital tools, all this for a happier, healthier and more productive workplace.

I don't understand, what happens in your services?

Mainly the services circle around our dedicated team of wellness managers, who are passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment that inspires employees to prioritize their health and wellbeing.
The wellness manager becomes the health representative in the company and the main guide
when it comes to building a strong company wellness program.

How can your services help me?

The services that we provide are technically possible for any company to do themselves. But our experience is that it simply is not done “In-House”. The reason for this varies but mostly it’s the lack of time, resources and knowledge in HR/ Management.

What is the value of this for me / company?

Our main focus is to improve your company wellness culture and redirect the overall wellbeing of the entire staff. This, not only reduces costs of high leave of absence or employee turnover, but also has proven to improve employee performance significantly.

Doesn't my healthcare provider supply this?

The services that most healthcare services offer are for situations and causes that have already gone bad. For example, curing sickness or therapy for mental health issues.
But the services we are offering is to prevent these situations from occurring in the first place.

Why does it cost so much?

We’d like to answer this question with some statistics on what companies are currently paying and the results this has. So, Leave of Absence is one of the biggest factors where the employee’s well-being plays a crucial role. Leave of Absence due to employee unwellness is 78%. The total monthly cost per employee for Absence often reaches – 2000€.
This is the perspective that we normally start our deal discussing.

I like the idea but i don't like the price, what can you do?

We understand that every business is unique, which is why we offer customizable packages that cater to your organization’s specific needs. Our team will work closely with you to develop a tailored wellness program that aligns with your company values and goals.

The project that we can talk about is one of our clients where we offered onsite management and brought the whole Grail Group team closer than ever before!

We have offices all over, how can you handle those on-site?

We have a network of wellness managers who are available to work on-site at your offices, regardless of location.

Can you supply enough as we are XWZ people?

Yes, we can tailor our wellness programs to meet the needs of any size organization.

We already buy gym memberships to our people, why this also?

Our wellness programs offer services beyond gym memberships, including health assessments, wellness coaching, nutritional counseling, stress management, and mental health support.
We provide the full company wellness management service, so that your company can get more then of the memberships.

We have a payment condition of 90 days, is that ok?

We offer flexible payment terms and can work with your organization to find a payment plan that works for you.

I don’t want to decide this, you have to convince my staff / boss?

We understand that change can be difficult, and we are happy to work with you to address any concerns or questions you or your staff may have. We’d also like to book a meeting at your workplace, with you and your management team, to provide information and resources to help you make an informed decision.

Do we get tax breaks or Folkhälsan returns for this?

That depends on the wellness package that is put together. Our Recommended company wellness programs is such that it meets the requirements for *Company tax breaks to support training. I don’t want the service but i can pay you by the hour for XYZ amount, ok?

While we appreciate your interest in our services, we specialize in providing comprehensive wellness programs to support organizations. These wellness programs require close monitoring and planning. Our work structure is already calculated and therefore we do not offer hourly services at this time. However, we encourage you to consider the benefits of our wellness programs and how they can support your organization’s overall goals and objectives.
